Want to register by Cheque / Demand Draft ?
Please make a cheque/DD to FutureCorp Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (our parent company). Kindly call Customer Support to assist you with this. All payments are required to be made in full, at least 10 days before the date of the conference. The cheque/DD must clear before a registration is confirmed. A letter of confirmation (along with an electronic event pass) will be e-mailed to you once payment is received. Post-dated cheques shall not be accepted.

Pricing and Discounts
To be eligible for an Early Bird discount, the signed booking form and full payment must be received by close of business on the relevant deadline date.
If payment is not received by the Early Bird deadline date, the discounted rate will no longer apply and the current rate at that time will be applicable.
Attendance confirmation and documents to carry to the seminar venue:
After we receive the payment from the registered attendees, an electronic event pass will be sent to the email address associated with the registrant 3 working days before the seminar date. Please bring the pass (print-out) to the venue of the event.
Conference photograph / video:
By registering and attending Compliance Trainings conference, you agree to have your photographs or videos taken at the conference venue and you do not have any objections to Compliance Trainings using these photos and videos for marketing, archiving or any other conference related activities. You agree to release Compliance Trainings from any kind of claims arising out the use of the photographs, including without limitation all claims for compensation, libel, invasion of privacy or violation of copyright ownership.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Once booked, cancellation cannot be made. However, Substitutions may be made at any time. Please ensure you email the details of the substitute delegate to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before the start of the event. No-shows will not be eligible for refund.
We discourage onsite registrations, however if you wish to register onsite, payment to happen through credit card immediately or cheque to be submitted onsite. Conference material will be given on the spot if it is available after distributing to attendees registered in advance. In case it is not available, we will send the material after the conference is over.
Written cancellations through email (from the person who has registered for this conference) received at least 10 business days prior to the start date of the event will receive a refund (Minus 25% administration & processing fee). No cancellations will be accepted — nor refunds issued — within 10 calendar days before the start date of the event. Alternatively, on request by email (before the seminar) a credit for the amount paid minus administration and processing fees (25%) could be transferred to any future Compliance Trainings event and a credit note will be issued.
In the event Compliance Trainings cancels the seminar, registrants will be notified via e-mail as soon as possible and will receive a full refund. Compliance Trainings is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, other costs or losses incurred by registrants. Some topics and speakers may be subject to change without notice.
