1. When Will I Receive My Seminar Material?
Your seminar handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the event (unless otherwise stated in the event program). Additional seminar material will be emailed from our support team.
2. How Should I Pay For The Conference?
Payment can be made online by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque, Wire Transfer, Demand Draft or PayPal.
3. Is My Online Transaction Secure?
Yes. Compliance Trainings works on a safe and secure platform and it carefully safeguards all your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No credit card information is saved on our website.
4. Can I Register for a Workshop At The Seminar Venue?
Yes, you may register for a seminar on site and our registration personnel will be happy to help you. However, this would depend on availability of seats. Hence, it is recommended to notify Compliance Trainings at least 2 days in advance.
5. If I register for a Workshop onsite, when will I receive my Seminar Materials?
If the materials are available after handing them out to delegates who had registered in advance, you shall receive them during registration (unless otherwise stated in the event program). Else, they shall be mailed out to you post-event.
6. How Can I Get To The Venue?
The hotel phone number is listed within the seminar information. Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance.
7. What about Accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the seminar information.
8. What is the dress code?
The dress code at the conference is strictly formal or business casual.
9. Special Needs
If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.
10. If I cannot make it after registering, can someone else take my place?

11. Will I Receive Any Information from you in the Mail after the event?
After the seminar, occasionally you may receive brochures on related topics.
